heading interpretative figure drawing

Figure drawing is a fundamental practice of an artists. It can be portrayed and studied with different methods and approaches. For Dr Choong, the human figure is part and parcel of the immediate location. He prefer to employ the interpretative and analytical approaches to break the human form into facets, areas and lines and then juxtapose these elements on the two dimensional plane to form new visual orders/compositions which bear the visual effects of pushing and pulling, as well as integrating or confronting at times.
