heading print making series

Print making is an alternate form of creative graphic expression. In his print series Dr Choong explored and employed texture, freer brush strokes and colour variations to obtain a more expressive result. He often combined un-defined areas and geometric shapes in his etchings to convey the sense of confronting elements/forces of the world we live in. In the lithography series, he took full advantage to employed brush stroke and staining technique to achieve the characteristics of Eastern painting
